Question: IRISH COFFEE - Or does anybody know who to make it better!?!.!.!.!?
1 cup chilled whipping cream, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon or vanilla, 3/4 cup ground coffee, 3 cups of water, 4 ounces (1/2 cup) Irish Whiskey or brandy, 4 to 8 teaspoons granulated sugar!.

In a chilled bowl, beat cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until stiff!. Refrigerate!.

Prepare coffee, using the 3/4 cup ground coffee and the 3 cups of water!.

Heat mugs by rising with boiling water, drain!. Add 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) whiskey and 1 to 2 teaspoons granulated sugar to each mug; stir!. Pour hot coffee into each mug!. Top with the whipped cream!. Serve immediately!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here is my absolute favorite Irish Coffee recipe!. Differs slightly from yours!. I suggest you try both and compare!.


You can try this Irish Coffee recipe:


* 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
* 8 oz Coffee
* 1 tsp Sugar
* 1 tblsp Whipped cream

Start with sugar in the empty glass!. Next pour in the whiskey, followed by the coffee!. Stir till sugar is disolved, let mixture settle!. Float whipped cream on top!. Curl up in front of the fireplace with J!. Joyce and enjoy!

traditionally in bars they also pour ontop of the whipped cream a drizzle of green Creme de Menthe, which is a green colored mint liquor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
