what happens to aluminum cans when put in fire?!

Question: What happens to aluminum cans when put in fire?
i am sitting by my fire with an empty can. i want to know what happens to it when i put it in the fire

Your can will just get charred. The melting point for aluminum is 3600 degrees Fahrenheit which is a lot hotter than your little fire.

Not much. It'll just turn black and stay in the fire.

it burns.
