How much water should I drink daily?!

Question: How much water should I drink daily?
I always wake up extremely thirsty and I think it's because I don't drink enough water. How much should u drink? Im a male and weigh 215lbs if that helps to better answer the question. Thank you


The average male or female no matter what height or size should drink between 2-3 litres of water a day or more to stay hydrated throughout the day and avoid dehydration, head aces, fatigue, dizziness, muscle weakness etc.

u should drink 7 glasses of water daily ... it's so useful for the digestion process and helps losing weight

my experience

preferrably you should drink 8 glasses a day but realistically people don't have the time or patience, if you wake up dehydrated the drink a few glasses before bed :')

2 or 3 bottles a day should be fine but in the winter when the humidity is low you tend to dry out a lot faster so I would drink more in the winter.

Well if ur thirsty then drink as much water as u want. U should Keep a bottled water by ur bed so u can just drink that when u get up
