How much water should I drink a day?!

Question: How much water should I drink a day?
4-5 times a week I run 3 miles and lift weights. I'm curious I should be drinking on these days, and on days I don't work out. I'm sure it changes with how much you do on that day. How much should I drink on an off day, and day when im working out. I know no one has an EXACT answer, but suggestions are ok.

Im not sure exactly, but I've heard you're suppose to divide your body weight in half and drink that many ounces of water a day. The guesstimate u hear on the internet of how much ur suppose to drink a day is based on a general statistic of an average person, but to get the exact amount, try this method.

You are probably going to get many answers like the standard 8 glasses of water, HOWEVER Dr.OZ said that is not always the case, that the amount you need is not the same for everybody. The link below is a calculator that will tell you how much YOU need to drink.……

I exercise about the same as you and I actually drink about 13-14 cups a day (depending on how intense my workouts are) but when I'm resting I drink about 8

It has nothing to do with how much you workout, you should drink about 2lts a day!
