how come i seem to get 'horrors' and wierd flash backs whenever i have drank spirits?!
i mean after i have drank them really , once the 'drunkenness' has worn off i feel kind of depressed really , and my mind sort of goes over events recent or in the past which didn't go too well (like negative flash backs all most like nightmares...... but yet with beer ... this doesn't seem to happen , or at least not unless im hungover

Alcohol is a depressant, this is why you feel like this after a binge. Think about and even try going out and not drinking as an experiment - its amazing what you don't notice when you are drunk also nothing beats the feeling of waking up the next moring without a hangover and those feelings of self hate and loathing.
You KNOW your answer, STOP DRINKING, you'll feel better all around.
