Where can I purchase raw Kale leaves in the New Orleans area?!

It is carried by most grocery stores. It would be in the same area as spinach, and greens. If not ask your produce manager in your grocery store
most produce departments should be carrying kale.
Ask at your grocery store next time you shop.
If you are not finding it, it may be that it is not a popular vegetable so stores then choose not to offer it.
