What easy desserts are there to make?!

Question: What easy desserts are there to make?
Answers:

A basic cake:
4 eggs + 3 cups self-rising flour + 2 cups sugar substitute + 1 cup softened butter/margarine + 1 cup fat-free milk + 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Bake at 350F for ~25 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness.

You can add to it to make an infinite variety (such as almond extract instead of vanilla, adding cocoa powder or chocolate chips, adding fruit puree and spices, etc.).

No-Bake Quick Cookie
1 stick margarine
2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1 Tb peanut butter
3 c quick-cook oats

Add all but oats in a medium sauce pan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in oats. (At this point you can also add coconut, nuts, or chocolate chips.) Drop by spoonful on waxed paper. Chill until firm.

Basic cookie recipe:
2 ? cups flour + 1 teaspoon baking soda + 1 teaspoon salt + 1 cup
softened butter/margarine + ? cup sugar + ? cup brown sugar + 1 teaspoon vanilla extract +
2 large eggs. Add chocolate chips. Make disks ~ 1 ? inch diameter x ? inch tall and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet at 375F for 9-11 minutes. The cookie should get golden brown on the bottom. Let cool on a cooling rack.

Pocket Pies: (this is using store-bought biscuits, but you can make your own...just be consistent with the size of the biscuits)

1 pkg of biscuits
1 can of pie filling (your choice)
powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 375F. Flatten the biscuit to make a round disk. Put a small amount of the pie filling in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and seal by crimping the edges together (either with your fingers or a fork; fork is "fancier"). Bake on a cookie sheet (I prefer one lined with parchment paper so they don't stick) until golden. Remove from heat. While still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.
