Would you eat insect vomit?!

Question: Would you eat insect vomit?
There's this insect that eats and then brings back the food to it's young. It then vomits the food after it has fermented in the belly of the bug so that the young larvae can feed on the regurgitated food.
There are cultures that take the bug vomit and eat it claiming it tastes good.
Do you think you could eat something that a bug threw-up?
If so, would you eat any other insects?
Why/Why not?
Thanks.

Answers:

No, nor would I eat cat/dog vomit or any other vomit. Why, because I've never been that hungry and don't anticipate being in that desperate a situation in the near future.

MOST people do eat insect vomit, if you are referring to honey, which is basically what it is
and yes, i do eat it.
why? it tastes good, and is much better for you than most alternatives

Cockroaches carry diseases, bees do not. That seemed simple, didn't it?

Yes - it's called HONEY
