Using Bisquick as crust for Coobler?!


Question: Using Bisquick as crust for Coobler?
I have been looking for a recipe that uses Bisquick as a crust for Fruit Cobblers. Does anyone have a recipe or know how to use it? Thanks

MOM'S BISQUICK COBBLER


2 tbsp. butter
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 c. cut up peaches or other fruit of your choice (can be fresh, frozen
(thawed) or canned)

Turn oven to 375°F.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Mix Bisquick, sugar, and milk. Pour over melted butter. Spoon fruit over. If using canned peaches, pour on some of the juice also.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Can double the recipe. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bisquick Apple Cobbler Recipe

This is a delicious dish apple pie with crust on the top.

Ingredients:
Bisquick (1cup), 1can undrained apples (sliced), cinnamon (1/2tsp.) , milk (1cup), sugar(1cup), vanilla (1tsp) and block butter (1/2 cup)

Preparation:
Take a baking dish. Put the 1 can sliced apples in the baking dish. Now take a bowl mix bisquick, sugar, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in this bowl, mix it properly. After mixing pour this mixture over the apple slices in the baking dish. Put butter over the mixture and bake it for 45 to 60 minutes in an oven at the temperature of 350 degree. When the apple cobbler get ready serve and enjoy it.
