Answers:

2% milk, cornstarch and parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

heat 2 cups of milk to boiling.
Add 2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp of cold milk and mix well and add to the hot milk.
Stir, it will thicken almost immediately.

Add 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper and nutmeg and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Don't whisk the sauce too much or it will break down and you will have to re cornstarch/cold milk it again
