Im having a bollywood themed birthday party and...?!

Question: Im having a bollywood themed birthday party and!.!.!.!?
Non of my friends are Indian or anything, so we don't have saris or dupattas, what is a good idea of what they can wear to my party that still follows the indian theme!? I don't want them to have to spend money, i just want everyone to seem festive!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I recon some hip scarfs would be great!. You could make them yourself for reasonably cheap!. You just need a triangular piece of colourful fabric and sew on a few sequens or large flat beads!. http://www!.gypsyderose!.com/013105-Tri-Co!.!.!.

Apart from that just get everyone to come in colourful clothes - nothing dull or pastel!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if they dont have anything to wear then they are either going to have to borrow from someone or spend a little money!. If you go to a cheap fabric place and get a metre of bright and colourful material - should only cost a few dollars, then they can drape the material around their body, just as indian women do!. they can wear their casual clothes underneath!. Watch bend it like beckham or bollywood to get a rough idea of colours and how to drape the materialWww@FoodAQ@Com
