Why don't candles seem to drip like they used to?!

Question: Why don't candles seem to drip like they used to!?
You know the scene: a candle pushed into a wine bottle in a restaurant and wax dripped all down the side of the bottle!. Well why won't the ones I try at home do this!?
Anyone any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

PS!. Mateus Rose: the only wine where the bottle is worth more than the contents!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They've changed the candles to be more safe but if you're wanting to make that wine bottle then make your own candle!. Michaels and other crafts stores sell kits to make candles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When you buy the candles, make sure they say "drip" candles!. Ask the clerk at the store for them!. They are still around!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
