For poached salmon, dependinding on your sauce, a Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc or Pepperwood Grove Viognier!.

For a special treat, a Barton & Guestier Pouilly-Fuissé would pair well with the salmon, if you want to spend a few more dollars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A riesling or gewurztraminer are both sweeter white wines and would go nicely with salmon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, anything that not a red!. Reds are too heavy for salmon!. A mild sparkling wine might go well tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
