Question: Are grits a british(english) food?

Hiya, Grits are actually Native Indian food but you can find similarity in Asia especially India and also in Italy (Polenta) . In England or in Ireland, we don't have Grits... we don't actually eat much corn product. Shame cause it is actually extremely healthy and less calorific that wheat.
