Why do souffle's fall when there is too much sound?!

Question:

Why do souffle's fall when there is too much sound?

Answers:
They don't.

They only fall if they are 1) undercooked, 2) over whipped, 3) go cold

That's actually a myth.

Why do souffles always fall? It's because when you whip your eggs, you are incorporating a lot of air into them. When you put the souffle in the oven and the air heats up, it expands. This expansion of hot air, and also the creation of steam from the moisture of the eggs, makes your souffle look nice and puffy. When the souffle comes out, the air and steam cool and the expansion goes away....and your souffle deflates.
This is just what souffles do, so don't sweat it.

its quite simple really. its not just sound either, its any movement, that can shake the ground/oven too. its because souffles are made with mostly eggs, and they poof up with AIR when they cook, right? well if any loud noise or movement breaks the layer of egg around the "air bubble" then it will fall :)
