tuna (in spring water)
sliced mushrooms (salted water)
Italian dressing ( not a lot just for some taste)
plus all i had today was a pot noodle and a small bun with a slice of turkey in it.
maybe a couple of biscuits through the day like 5-6
That's hardly enough calories for one day! you need to eat more
It isn't fattening at all but you need more carbohydrates, more protein and some breakfast added to your daily nutrition intake. You'd do well to drop the Pot Noodle too.
