Veal saltimbocca. Veal scallopine pounded thin and topped with prosciutto, sage, sometimes a slice of soft cheese like taleggio, and usually served with some sort of butter sauce.

Steak Florentine or bistecca alla fiorentina.
Chicken Picatta, Chicken Francese, Mussels Blanco, there is lots.
...the only thing i can think of are deserts!
