rasna tandoori paste?!

Question: Rasna tandoori paste?
i bought Rasna Tandoori Paste. it's been in the pantry for a long while and decided to use it today. there are no instructions on how to prepare it. all it says is "great cooking in minutes. serves 4". do you think i should just pour it over the chicken or should i mix it with other things? lol. this is my first time using this paste so i have no idea.

thanks in advance

Answers:

Tandoori paste is a classic east Indian marinade. Available in Indian markets, this coloring is used to give foods the traditional red-orange tint of tandoor oven cooking. Tandoori paste can be rubbed directly onto the surface of meats

This is my family's favorite
12 lamb cutlets
1/4 cup tandoori paste
1/4 cup yogurt
1 medium lemon
2 teaspoons brown sugar

1) Finely grate about 1 tablespoon of lemon rind.
2) Juice the lemon. You will need about 1 tablespoon. The lemon zest and juice gives a great the marinade a great tang.
3) Put tandoori paste, juice, zest, and lamb into dish and swirl everthing around to coat the lamb well. Cover and stand for 10 minutes.
4) Cook the lamb on heated grill or BBQ.
5) Serve with rice.

Enjoy
