What are some healthy substitutes for cheese since I'm on a diet? ?!
I'm 16 btw :)

You should try a low fat or fat free ricotta cheese. It has a bit of a sweeter flavor but goes really well with apple. I use it in my lasagna in place of cottage cheese. Here is a site that will help you to compare foods...

I find it to be very useful when I am trying to cut calories and fat. Remember not to cut the good fats out of your diet as you need them to burn the bad fats. Nuts, seeds, and avocados are a good source of good fats and healthy calories. Best of luck to you.
Just because you are on a diet does not mean you have to cut cheese out. There are selected cheeses that are very good for you. You should always go for an organic or a cheese w/o horomones, grass fed etc... As added horomones contributes to weight gain and other health isuues. White cheese and goat cheese is really good for you. If you truely do not want to eat cheese, you can always go to your local health food store and substitute for vegan cheese instead. It is just as good, but can be a little pricey. It is made with soy protein which is a great health benifet for you.
I wouldn't cut out cheese. It does contain fats, yes, but it also contains calcium - which someone your age NEEDS for strong bones. If you're going to cut out cheese, at least have some light yogurt or skim milk. I'd argue that a healthy 16 year old shouldn't need to be on a diet at all.
apple with cheese and bread , ive never heard of such a thing. thats an odd combo
how about a piece of toast with nutella
or apple and peanut butter
or carrots and celery with peanut butter
or some fage (pronounced "fey-yeah") yogurt
good luck
There are many low-fat and no-fat cheese varieties, which you can have.
