I need more breakfast ideas! Especially ones that can make you slowly lose weight?

Answers:

Something with whole grains. Make sure you eat from atleast 3 different food groups. For example, whole grain/multigrain toast with low fat butter, cut up strawberries, and a glass of milk.



Whole grains and protein.
