I usually never pick the burger option from a menu in a restaurant?!
Think about other foods rich in protein and/or iron. Do you also want those? Sometimes you get cravings because your body needs the nutrients found in that food. Other times, it's inexplicable. You just crave it because it's goooood.
So, you want a burger. Go have a burger and don't worry so much about it..
