WHEN YOU GET UPSET DO YOU EAT MORE OR LESS?!
I eat less.
Like most people,I eat more. But I have really trained myself to stick to a portion control diet. I have been very good in keeping on it. Eat foods high in sugar if you eat less than you will get hungrier and eat more. A suggestion for people who have eating disorders.
I eat less when I'm upset, depressed, angry or busy.
I eat more when I'm bored, comfortable, or happy.
Much less when sad. Much more when happy.
Less when upset. More when stressed.
