is deli cuts eaten in another meal again considered leftovers? what about meals that is put away separately?!

What difference does it make what they're called?
If you go to a sandwich shop twice in one day, a new sandwich is prepared for you each time. That's not leftovers. That would be like saying the meal served to you in a nice restaurant is leftovers because the food has been sitting in the kitchen before it's prepared for you.
If you have deli cuts at home, you take them out, you make your sandwich, you put the rest away. The rest is not leftovers, it's the ingredients for another meal. If you eat half of your sandwich, then wrap up the rest and put it in the fridge for later, that's what's LEFT and held OVER for another time.
Same for a cooked meal. What's LEFT at the end of the meal and held OVER for future consumption is leftovers.
If you deliberately cook ahead of time - for example, grill two steaks intending one for tonight's dinner and the other to be sliced and served on a salad tomorrow, or make two lasagnes and put one in the freezer - that's not leftovers, that's preparing in advance.
its food that "left over" from a previous meal
if you went to a sandwich shop twice, that's not a left over
if you went to the sandwich shop, bought a sandwich, at half, and ate the other half later, that's a left-over
