Question: What can i have for tea?
What can i have that is like 600 calories or less?
I dont like vegetables so not salad or anything


soup and toast
steamed chicken and mashed potatoes
turkey and potatoes
fishand potatoes
pasta bolognaise
rice and prawns
eggs, beans and bacon
tuna mayonnaise and potatoes
Sweet corn?

if you mean what can you have instead of tea, i switched to cran-grape juice because i cant drink tea during track season. it works pretty good.

Portion of chicken with baked beans
Turkey, ham etc sandwich.
Egg on toast
Rice and beans
Rice and chicken

oatmeal served with cold skimmed milk


low-fat yogurt with grapes
