What food(s) are the most filling?!
chickpeas and legumes- they stick like a pallet of clay in your ribs.
For me, it's rich foods. I think the most filling are mac and cheese, cheesecake, cake and pizza.
Anything with fiber in it is supposed to help you feel fuller, and therefore make you eat less
