You CAN buy Pink Panther wafers like some people have said from Snackspot.org.uk.
I have also seen Pink Panther Chocolate Party Packs up for grabs on Ebay. Check it out and see if they are the ones' your after.
dont no about choc bars but sell pink panther wafer bars at most supermarkets tesco i get them here for my kids,i loved them as a kid too.xx
They are no longer produced so if you find one it would old and probably not very good.

Ingredients
Scale ingredients to servings
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup raspberry jam
3 - 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Garnish with fresh or frozen berries.
