Best I can think of is to maybe try Capers or Choices, or if a restaurant serves key lime pie, to ask where they get theirs!. Or you could do the unthinkable (I am a from scratch person myself), and get the key lime pie filling from the baking section/pie filling section of the regular supermarket!.
