smoothies are very easy to make!. You can make them with milk, yogurt, ice cream or water, I prefer yogurt!. In a blender add yogurt, fruit, sugar or sweetener or honey, ice and PRESTO!. Use your imagination, you can play with the flavors, adding whatever fruits you are craving or making them with different textures!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

use two scoops of vanilla ice cream, one cup of milk and what ever fruit you like just about a half a cup and blend away then add some ice cubes bout five and re blend

Get yourself one of those thingys where you can grind the stuff up at home, then after you have your baby you could also use it to make your own baby food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use my blender to mix yogurt, ice, fruit juice and whatever fruit I want together!. They always taste great!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
