Are energy drinks realy bad for you???!

Question: Are energy drinks realy bad for you!?!?!?
i love energy drinks but every one tells me that if i drink to much i will get sick i dont drink them every day thouWww@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think they'll kill you, but you need to be careful how much you drink, since too much caffeine can kill you!. If you drink too many energy drinks, your body will be full of caffeine and will not want to sleep!. I'd say drink no more than 1-2 a day, and that should be the absolute maximum you have!. I do know caffeine can produce some scary side affects!.

also, energy drinks generally have high-fructose corn syrup, which is basically sugar, and sugar shouldn't be in your body all the time either!.

They're full of sugar and acffeine so should be drank in moderation!. If you give them up you'll probably feel a bit cold turkey (as if you're giving up coffee) as your body will get used to them!. I wouldnt recommend drinking more than one a day and if possible only a couple a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i once drank 4 1/2 and i was like super hyper and shaking cuz of all the sugar and caffeine!.!.!.but i was going to a dance so i just danced it all off but i still couldn't sleep when i got home so i basicly pulled an all nighter hahahahaWww@FoodAQ@Com

They are not great on your heart !. They are full of caffeine and you come crashing down afterwards and make you feel worse than before you dranked it !. Go for a pill form of it !.The side effects are not as bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drinking one every once in a while is okay!. But don't drink them everyday!. They are not good for you at all!. They are packed with sugar, and after drinking alot of them can cause you to become sick !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's a tricky question!. I stay away from energy drinks!. Water, juice, smoothies, shakes!. There's plenty other delicious drinks!Www@FoodAQ@Com
