According to the World Health Organisation (if I remember the recent change correctly), you should exercise at least 30mins every day (some say 30mins, 5 days a week)!.!.!.
drink approx 2L of water a day, depending on your body weight!.!.!.
have a healthy balance diet
live a balanced low-stress lifestyle (balancing work/study, play) Www@FoodAQ@Com
