No, it doesn't.
But water that's been previously boiled and cooled will boil faster than regular tap water.

Yes, according to an experiment actually done by Scientific American many years ago. They observed the results but weren't really sure what the explanation was.

Nope, cold water freezes faster because its already cold lol, the hot water would have to cool then freeze
