How is coffee bad for you?!

Question: How is coffee bad for you?
I read online about all the side effects, but that it also comes naturally from plants. How can it be so bad for you, if it's natural?

Energy drinks have been shown to have contributed to (if not actually caused) the deaths of several people. It was banned in France for 12 years, until forced to allow it's sale by the EU.…

The coffee bean contains lots of flavor which people love.It also has natural stimulate called caffeine. Which is not good for you. However , people enjoy the effects of caffeine and how it makes them feel. Hope this Helped Good Luck!
