Healthy cheap vegetarian meals (10 points!!!!!!!!!!!!)?!
Oatmeal, grains (rice, quinoa, etc), vegetables, beans, fruits, nuts, seeds, soymilk, rice milk, almond milk, fake meats in the frozen food section. Fake meats could be quorn (in dairy case) or frozen foods section (Morningstar Farms or Boca burgers). Hummous (chickpea spread) is good on bread. Also peanut butter if you like that.Michelina's frozen dinners (some). Bean burritos at Taco Bell.
Buckwheat and quinoa and soy (in soymilk, soybeans, tofu and soy fake meats) are supposed to be equal to meat protein. I think quorn is too. Quorn roast can be rubbed in vegetable oil and some poultry seasoning and it tastes like turkey sort of.
Ethiopian restaurants and Indian restaurants and Chinese restaurants have some good vegetarian foods. Chinese foods sometimes include tofu (soybean curd). Sometimes you can get vegetarian chow mein. Ethiopian bread is cooked with teff grains which is very tasty.

Buy yourself some spices(cumin, chilli etc) and wholemeal/brown rice.....curried veg & rice or mexican bean fajitas & rice are fairly cheap and balanced.
Tinned tomato & beans are usually in the UK's cheap basic supermarket range. And use any fresh vegs on offer.
