Have drinks with low amounts of alchohol!. That way you can still drink but not get immediately drunk!.

Never drink on an empty stomach!. Have a full meal prior to drinking (not WHILE drinking!. That makes you drink and eat more!.)

Avoid drinking with people who you know have difficutly controlling themselves; it eggs you on!.

Don't mix drinks!. Wine and beer do not get along!.

Drink a lot of water before, between, and after drinks; alcohol dehydrates you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have something substantial in your stomach - also take 2 tylenol before bed after drinking - that means no hangover in the morning!Www@FoodAQ@Com

make sure u eat something and also water helps a lot with helping u not get too wasted and helps prevent a hang over!. i mean maybe u can switch your drink up so that you won't get so wasted so fast!. and practice worked for meWww@FoodAQ@Com

eat a hearty meal, preferably something like a sandwich before drinking, or you can just start drinking everyday =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat something before heading out for the night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat a meal with lots of carbs before heading out and pace your drinking!. Towards the end of the night try alternating every other drink with a glass of water!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

during the day eat and drink alot of water!. also pace yourself thats really mportant and dont go from drinking wine to beer becuase when you mix like that it gets you drunk fasterWww@FoodAQ@Com

eat just a little something an hour or so before!.!.!.
then when the night is over, eat a little something again!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat a full meal before you go out!. Make sure you a true meal, not just like a granola bar!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
