All ready said but Gatoraid is the cure-all for those nasty hangovers!.!.!. heck if you would have done it last night while you were still spinning and before bed you would have saved youself the headache this morning!. But water, gatoraid 32-62z of the stuff and Advil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Other than Gatorade I have also used Pedialite (the generic kind works just as well)!.
I also found Celestial Seasonings white antioxident tea to be a lifesaver for hangovers!. Brew a cup and dump it over ice (hot tea and a hangover don't mash well)!. I can have an awful hangover and drink this all day and feel great by noon!. You can buy it at the grocery store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A glass of water and 2 Alleve or whatever NSAID you prefer!. Follow up with a trip to the vending machine for an ice cold Coke and something salty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
get yourself a bottle of gatorade and take 2 advil, that should help clear up most of your problem within an hour!.

ive had luck with hawaiin puch!. i think its all the sugar but its worked for me in the past!. i dont think anything is sure fire though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
