Best Book On Homebrewing Beer?!
Looking for a book on homebrewing beer that includes equipment recommendations, info on ingredients, kits, etc!. also, are there any kits out there that you recommend using!? I'm interested in one where I can decide how much of each ingredient to purchase (basically create my own recipe, not use one from a bag)!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite is Papazian's The New Complete Joy of Homebrewing!. Homebrewing for Dummies is pretty good too!. Brewer's Best makes a pretty good kit!. Suggestion, start with a simple extract ale before you start creating your own recipes!. That way, you will have an idea of what to change if the results fall short of perfection!.
