Alcohol itself is HIGH calorie!
so what you ask is not possible, alcohol has as many calories as a sugary drink!
try cutting back on the alcohol measures (singles instead of triples) and increase the ice and low calorie mixers,
alcopops and baileys etc are bad as they are high in sugar as well as alcohol!.

gin is actually the alcohol with the least amount of calories and it is pretty strong, i believe tanquray is 47!.5 percent alcohol ,mix with a little diet coke and am sure it will do the job!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
