Beer or Lager! Which is best?!
Personally I think real ale comes out on tops!. But then again a nice ice cold lager goes down very well with a chinese! What do you think!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I definitely prefer ales over lagers!.!.!.so much variety, from complex and high in alcohol to thirst-quenching and on the lighter side!. It is now over 90 degrees on the east coast where I am, and I will say that a nice Troegs Sunshine Pils would be very nice right about now!. But usually, I enjoy a nice stout, IPA or Belgian ale!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First off!.!.!. Beer is the overall term for the group of fermented beverages comprised of the two families Ale and Lager!.
Second, I'm an ale man myself!. I find they have far more flavor and variety than lagers!. Lagers!.!.!. generally speaking because there are some really good ones out there!.!.!. leave me wanting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lager is a beer, ale isnt necessarily (since the original ales didnt have hops)!. I think lagers are the best, esp from Germany!. Belgian beer gives them a run for their money though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
