I am a bit wary because last time i bought
Rene Florency Champagne for ￡14, it tasted just like apple juice & had to open something else!.!. so i was wondering if anyone knew about Champagne De Vallois Brut Non Vintage!?

All non-vintage means is that the wine was made from a blend of wines over several years rather than a single year!. The best wines are normally vintage wines for very specific years!.

The best AFFORDABLE wines are non vintage wines and they are also CONSISTENT!. Vintage wines are unique to a fantastic growing season and wine making season but non-vintage wines (from a good source) are consistent year after year!.

I agree with a previous poster, italian Proseco is cheaper than Champagne and Spanish Cava is even cheaper!. I usually buy Cristalino Brut, only 5!.99 at World Market here in Dallas, a real buy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
