Ideally, at about 60 degrees!. Room temp is fine, and that's the way most people serve it even if the room is warmer than 60!. Never serve it refrigerator-chilled!. It really does not taste good that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Conventional wisdom does say room temperature for reds but Light, fruity reds, like Italian Chiantis are actually to be served a bit cooler, between 50 and 60 degrees!. Sorry kittens!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
