It's not new by any means, but it's my very favourite whisky cocktail and very hard to find nowadays: The Chancellor!. I can't remember where I found this recipe, I copied it down in my notebook ages ago!.

Ingredients:

- 2 ounces blended Scotch whisky
- 1 ounce ruby port
- 1/2 ounce dry French vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters

Stir well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; it should pour a luminous garnet red!.

EDIT: Of course, you could probably substitute cointreau for the orange bitters!. Angostura bitters are not recommended!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Very similar to the one above but called "Makers Peachy"

1 Part Maker's Mark Bourbon
2 Parts DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps
Fill with OJ!.

Not sure what type of bar you work at, but this one works at almost any whether it be a nightclub or a fine dining place because it is so simple to make!.

Maker's Mark is one of the only bourbons that is made out of wheat rather than rye, giving it a soft yet full flavored profile!. Since it is softer, it tends to be a popular bourbon favorite among women, expanding your bourbon drinking clientele!.

be sure to look at www!.makersmark!.com :)!

You can also e-mail me if you have any other questions about anything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is an old drink that is quickly becoming forgotten!. But it really is quite excellent!.

Manhattan

Whiskey
Sweet Vermouth
Bitters
Cherry

I don't remeber the proportions other than it's just a dash for bitters and one cherry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
