Rum cocktail?!
Ive got a lovely bottle of 10 Cane rum!. Any ideas for cocktails using rum as the only alcohol!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

A nice rum like that, you can enjoy sipping on the rocks!.
But if you insist on mixing it ;-), nothing beats a classic Daiquiri:
8 parts rum
2 parts lime juice
1 part simple syrup
Shake with lots of finely crushed ice and strain well into a chilled cocktail glass!.
Another variation includes a few drops of grenadine per drink substituted for some of the simple syrup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

rum and coke is always a good option, you may also try mixing it with some OJ, pineapple juice, and grenadine, or using it in a daiquiri or pina colada!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
