it all depends on your physiology!. most people have the enzyme called alcohol dehydrogenase that help breaks down alcohol!. asians have a mutation in the gene that codes for the enzyme therefore making them less able to convert alcohol to primary alcohols and acetaldehydes rendering them drunk or for a longer-term, "hung-over"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
