I never used to like beer either, but you get used to it after a while!. I think it's so popular because it's available everywhere, it doesn't take a bartender a long time to prepare like mixed drinks (which means you'll never get refused a beer at a bar), it's usually cheaper at bars than mixed drinks, and it's always a socially acceptable drink for men to order (if you're a guy and you go to a bar and order a fruity mixed drink, you might get made fun of)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't understand it either!.!.!.i heard it was gross!.!.!.Its also very very bad for you, and i don't understand why people would drink it in the first place!. You shouldn't have to show off to your buddies by doing something you don't want to and that is hurtful to your body!. Mix 6 cans of beer to one can of limeade and then tell me you don't like beer!. Seriously though, I can't stand straight beer!. I'm a liquor person myself (vodka, whiskey, rum to be specific) but I like beer diluted with lime, so I'm sure some day I'll come to like beer!. Well, beer its usually cheaper than a cocktail so if your on a budget that works, after a while you start to like the taste!. I learned to drink beer with my boyfriend, he used to buy me beer until I now am a big fan o Heineken light and Medalla!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
