I know everyone else says this and it's something you don't want to hear, but just quit while you're ahead!. 20 years down the road and it no longer hurts when you smoke but when you breathe, or talk, of move!. I started smoking with friends and barely smoked for a couple of months, but then I moved away and decided no more smoking ever!. I'm glad now because once your head clears and you no longer crave it it really feels good!. So I'm not being preachy, I'm just saying my experience!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
