Punch / Sangria recipe?!

Question: Punch / Sangria recipe!?
Does anyone have a great punch or sangria recipe!. We're having an engagement party for about 80 people!. ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

1 orange, quartered, each quarter thinly sliced crossways
1 granny smith apple, cored, quartered, each quarter thinly sliced crossways
185ml (3/4 cup) Cointreau
55g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
2 x 750ml bottles sparkling shiraz, chilled
500ml (2 cups) chilled lemonade
1 cup ice cubes, to serve
Place the orange, apple, Cointreau and sugar in a large bowl!. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavours to develop!.
Add the sparkling shiraz, lemonade and ice cubes to the fruit mixture!. Use a ladle to transfer the sangria to a jug!. Pour among 8 serving glasses!. Serve immediately!.


Dry Red Wine
Orange Juice
Peach Brandy
Sweet and Sour
Sugar to Taste
Diced oranges, lemons!. limes and apples

Amounts vary depending on taste and quantity but half of the fun is sampling as you try to get it just right!.
