If they have alcohol poisoning they need to go the emergency room, quickly!. If it's just too much to drink then only time will help!. Your body has to process all of the alcohol you put in it and that takes time!. To feel better most people stay home in their jammies and drink water and sleep as much as you can!. Once the worst of it wears off drink lots of gatorade or other sports drink (to replenish electrolytes) and eat some protein!. But seriously, if this is a small person or they drank WAY more than a normal person does or it was all hard liquor then you might consider the emergency room!. A person can actually die from alcohol poisoning!. Their liver shuts down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is called a hangover and will pass with time!. Drink lots and lots of water to rehydrate!. Take Ibuprofen (like Advil) for the headache (Tylenol is not recommended with alcohol)!. Ginger tea will help with the nausea and sleep it off!.!.
