Yes!. You can prevent a hangover by drinking a LOT of water before you go to bed!. Drink as much as you physically can!. also, take some Vitamin B, or a multivitamin with Vitamin B in it, before you go to bed!.
When you get up in the morning, if you do happen to feel a bit unwell, drink some more water, take another Vitamin B and also a painkiller if you have a bad headache, and go back to sleep for as long as you can!.

Go into the bathroom and throw up!.

Then drink approximately 8 oz of water for every drink you've had!. Do not exceed 64 oz!. Gatorade is better than water if you have it!.

Drink a quantity of water before you keel over, much of a hangover results from dehydration because alcohol is a diuretic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hydrate!.!.!. if you have some Gatorade in the fridge, drink some before you go to bed and have some ready for when you wake up!.!.!. do not induce vomiting and have a great MLK Jr Day
