Question: Can I take Imodium before drinking alcohol?

I suffer with anxiety related IBS-D and am going to a party tonight at my friends house. I've been having a bad day just from feeling stressed for no reason, so I'm worried about having an attack at some point. Is it okay to take Imodium before going out because I will be drinking alcohol later.

I personally would not. You are on meds for anxiety + alcohol is a depressent.

Yeah just do it in moderation. No Doctor would recommend I've seen it done with relatively unnoticeable effects.
