We were not planning on drinking it but how do I apologize to his father. He vas incredibly angry. I am 16

You didn't say what you were planning on doing with it. Why did you have it? How did you get it? Were you planning on giving it as a gift? Did it belong to your friend's Dad and were you just looking at it?
"he just had it out from before we got there"...So why do YOU need to apologize at all? Did he get it from you? If not, then that's entirely between your friend and his Dad.
